Please note that the school office is open from 8.15am until 4.15pm during term time.
All visitors must sign in using the school system supplying their name, person visiting, their contact telephone number, car registration and their DBS number. They must read and agree to the safeguarding statement so that they understand their duties whilst at the school. Visitors are then given a badge to wear during their visit. Visitors will be given a green lanyard badge if they have a current DBS or a red lanyard badge if they need to be accompanied around the building by a member of staff. Regular visitors must sign in using the school system.
Ash Grange is a phone free school and all visitors must leave their phone in the secure storage area at the entrance of the phone. If a phone is required during your visit this must be agreed ahead of your arrival and the terms of usage will be agreed under these exceptional circumstances. Visitors can access the Wifi with a code provided by the school.
