Reception – Why do squirrels hide their nuts?

The new projects run for the second half of the Autumn term, Tuesday 30th October to Friday 7th December.

Homework contributions can be made throughout the half term, please make sure your child brings in something that they have worked on at home.

For this half term our project is Why do squirrels hide their nuts?

Below is a list of ideas, try one of these or something else project related

  • You could go on an autumn walk and collect some autumn leaves and use them to make a picture or collage.
  • Make a leaf or bark rubbing.
  • Make a firework picture.
  • Draw a picture of a woodland animal.
  • Go on a bug hunt and draw a picture of things you found.
  • We will be displaying all of the children's work. We look forward to seeing your creations.
