Dear Parents/Carers, 

This is a final reminder that bookings for our upcoming Parent Lunches will close tomorrow, Friday 24th October, at 12:00 noon.

If you haven’t already booked your place, please do so via Scopay to join your child for a special lunchtime experience in the school hall. This event is open to parents and carers of children in Reception to Year 6, and you’re welcome to attend one or both dates depending on your child’s year group.

• Key Stage 1 (Reception, Year 1, and Year 2) – Thursday, 13th November 2025, 12:00 noon

• Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, and 6) – Thursday, 27th November 2025, 12:00 noon

To secure your place, please select your meal and make a payment of £3.20 via Scopay by Friday, 24th October.

• If you have more than one child attending, only one payment is required per family.

• If you have children in both Key Stages, you may choose which date to attend or attend both.

• Only one adult family member may attend per booking.

Please note that this event is only for Reception to Year 6 parents/carers.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept late bookings, so please ensure you book in time to avoid disappointment.
