Dear Parent/Carer, 

We are pleased to announce the schedule for our spring / summer after school sports clubs. We have expanded our offer to include clubs for children in Year 1 and Year 2. These clubs will run from after the February half-term until the end of the school year and will take place weekly from 3:20 pm to 4:20 pm. Due to INSET day and parent-teacher meeting in the first week back, clubs will start on Monday, 3rd March 2025.

Please take note of the following key information regarding sports clubs: 

• Children can choose to join 1 after school sports club only, and will be guaranteed a space in that club.

• Please complete the following form to indicate which club your child will be attending: Registration Form 

• Unlike previous years, children do not need to 'try out' for a club. They will automatically receive a place in their chosen club. 

• Children will need to bring their PE kit, water bottle, and suitable footwear to school on the day of their chosen sports club. They will then be directed to the hall at 3:20pm for registration with Mr. Barnett.

• If there are any spaces available in clubs after the first week, then parents/carers will be given the opportunity to sign their child up for a second club on a first come, first served basis. 

• All clubs are open to both boys and girls.

• Please ensure that your child is able to commit to this date and time every week before joining the club. Failure to attend sessions may result in your child being removed from the club. 

• Parents/carers should collect children from the main school entrance at 4:20pm following each club session.
