On Wednesday the Guildford in Bloom Judges came to see our wonderful planting areas that Mrs Hurst and the children have created. We will find out how we were judges in a couple of weeks.
This will be Mrs Hurst’s legacy as she moves to a new role at Farnborough Hill School. We thank her for all she has done with the community at Ash Grange in her role as Advice Information and Guidance Officer for the Children’s Centre.
Tania from Surrey Wildlife Charity came to officially open our Orchard and Nature Area on Wednesday. Click for more photos.
On Thursday Emily Blackley came from The Challengers children’s charity, which is Year 6’s chosen local charity. She delivered a disability awareness workshop for all classes, to help the children understand more about disability and the support given by the charity. In case you didn’t know here are the class charities.
