As shown on the school calendar we are holding Parent/Teacher meetings after February half term. You can book your after school Parent/Teacher meeting on the following dates:

Tuesday 24^th February 2026

Wednesday 25^th February 2026

Thursday 26^th February 2026

*Mrs Price is not available on Tuesday 24^th February.

*Mrs Hook is not available on Thursday 26th February.

Parent Teacher meeting slots are set for 10 minutes; this is a 10 minute discussion so it is important you arrive on time. Meetings will take place in the classroom.

To book your appointments, you will need to:

• Check your email, (if you have not received a link from Ash Grange, please check your junk/spam folder) follow the on-screen instructions provided to create a login to book your preferred date and time.

• The login screen can also be accessed via the school website.
  
  

Please note before you login you must create a password.

Appointments can be booked from Monday 12th January 2026 until Friday 13th February 2026.

For children in Year 1-6, we encourage you to bring your child to the meeting, as it provides a valuable opportunity for them to hear about their achievements and next steps alongside you.

There will not be a crèche available during the meetings, so children must be supervised by their parents/carers at all times.
