Dear Parents/Carers, 

This is a final reminder to book your place for our upcoming Parent Lunches. We would love to welcome you to enjoy a meal in the hall with your child.

Please ensure you have made your £3.20 payment via Scopay and selected your meal choice by next week Friday, 13th February 2026. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept late bookings.

To accommodate as many families as possible, we will hold two separate events:

• Key Stage 1 (Reception, Year 1, Year 2) – Monday, 2nd March 2026 at 12:00 noon
• Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, Year 6) – Monday, 16th March 2026 at 12:00 noon

Key Information:

• Only one payment per family is required.
• If you have children in both Key Stages, you may attend either date or both.
• One adult may attend per booking.
