Dear Parents/Carers, 

To help widen the children’s experience of their topic this half term, we have organised a trip to the Guildford Castle Grounds and a look around churches in Guildford on Thursday 12^th March 2026.  This trip will be a wonderful opportunity to bring all they are learning to life. 

We will be travelling by train, leaving school at 9.25am and will then return to Ash Grange by the end of the school day.   

Your child will need to: 

• Wear full school uniform, trainers, and a coat. 
• Bring a small backpack (for their lunch to go into) and a water bottle.  

Please tick your child’s packed lunch meal choice and give permission before Friday, 27^th February 2026. 

The required contribution for this trip is £6, which can be paid via Scopay or at the school office using cash or card. We kindly ask that all contributions be made by Friday, 27^th February 2026.
