Dear Parents/Carers, 

This is a reminder that Parent/Teacher meetings will take place after February half term. If you have not yet booked your appointment, please do so as soon as possible so you can secure a time that suits you. The booking deadline is this Friday, 13th February 2026.

Book your after‑school appointment on one of the following dates:

• Tuesday 24th February 2026
• Wednesday 25th February 2026
• Thursday 26th February 2026

 

• Mrs Price is not available on Tuesday 24th February.
• Mrs Hook is not available on Thursday 26th February.

 

Each appointment will last 10 minutes, so please arrive on time. Meetings will be held in your child’s classroom.

For children in Years 1–6, we encourage you to bring your child to the meeting so they can hear about their progress and next steps.

Why attending the meeting is important:

Parent/Teacher meetings are a valuable opportunity to:

• Hear about your child’s current progress and achievements
• Understand their next steps and how you can support them at home
• Discuss any questions or concerns you may have
• Celebrate your child’s learning and help them feel proud of their efforts

Your involvement makes a real difference, and we strongly encourage all families to book an appointment.

How to book

• Please check your email for the booking link from Ash Grange sent out 12-01-2026 (including your junk/spam folder).
• Follow the instructions to create a login and set a password before booking.

 

Please note: No crèche will be available, and children must be supervised at all times.
