Dear Parents/Carers,

We are inviting parents and carers to our final Parent Lunches of the academic year. This is a lovely opportunity for you to join your child for lunch in the school hall. These lunches are for parents and carers of children in Reception to Year 6 and will be run in separate key stage groups to allow as many families as possible to attend. 

• Key Stage 1 (Reception, Year 1, and Year 2) – Friday, 12th June 2026, 12:00 noon
• Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, and 6) – Friday, 26th June 2026, 12:00 noon

To secure your place, please complete the form on Scopay under Trips & Events, select your dinner meal, and make a payment of £3.20 via Scopay by Monday 1 June.

If you and your child will be bringing a packed lunch from home, please still complete the form on Scopay and select “packed lunch from home” in the meal option. There is no charge for this option.

• If you have children in different years, they will be placed together for the one event you attend.
• Only one adult family member may attend per booking.

Please note that this event is only for Reception to Year 6 parents/carers.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept late bookings aas food is ordered and space organised based on numbers attending. Please ensure you book in time to avoid disappointment.
