Dear Parents/Carers, 

As you may have seen on Scopay, we are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Parent Lunches! This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and carers of Reception to Year 6 to enjoy lunch in the hall with their child.

You can book and pay for your meal via Scopay.

To accommodate as many families as possible, we will hold two separate events:

• Key Stage 1 (Reception, Year 1, Year 2) – Monday, 2nd March 2026 at 12:00 noon
• Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, Year 6) – Monday, 16th March 2026 at 12:00 noon

Important Information:

• Please make a payment of £3.20 via Scopay and select your meal on the form by Friday, 13th February 2026 to secure your place.
• If you have more than one child attending, only one payment per family is required.
• If you have children in both Key Stages, you may choose which date to attend or attend both.
• Only one adult family member may attend per booking.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept late bookings, so please book in time to avoid disappointment.
