Dear Parents and Carers,

We have seen a significant drop in bookings for the Monday extended Funzone wraparound session (until 6.00pm) over the last two months.

Unfortunately, the current numbers do not cover the cost of running this session, and it has been operating at a loss over this period. This letter is to inform you that, unless numbers increase by half term, it is no longer viable to run the extended Monday session after half term.

We will confirm this decision on Friday 7th February, giving families time to make alternative arrangements if needed.

Please note that:

• Extended sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will continue as normal.
• Half sessions (until 4.30pm) will continue every day of the week.

If you are interested in using an extended session on Monday or Friday, please contact the office team so we can assess the level of interest and commitment.
