Dear Parents/Carers, 

We are pleased to announce the schedule for our spring/summer after school sports clubs. These clubs will run from the week commencing 2^nd March 2026 until 3^rd July 2026, and will take place from 3:20pm to 4:20pm.

Please take note of the following key information regarding Ash Grange sports clubs: 

• Children can choose to join 1 after school sports club only. There is a capacity of 30 children per club allocated on a first come, first served basis
• Please complete the following form by Friday 20th February to indicate which club your child will be attending: Registration Form
• You will receive an email from the school office on Monday 23rd February confirming your child's place in the club. 
• All clubs are open to both boys and girls. No prior experience of the sport is required before joining, beginners are welcome! 
• In mixed games club, parents can expect their children to enjoy a lively mix of fun tag games, athletics races, and the chance to try out a variety of sports such as hockey, tennis, basketball, and tag rugby.
• Children will need to bring their PE kit, water bottle, and suitable footwear to school on the day of their chosen sports club. They will then be directed to the hall at 3:20pm for registration with Mr. Barnett. 
• Please ensure that your child is able to commit to this date and time every week before joining the club. Failure to attend sessions may result in your child being removed from the club. 
• Parents/carers should collect children from the main school entrance at 4:20pm following each club session.
