Dear Parent/Carer,
We are aware a few parents have experienced issues when trying to book an appointment, including situations where appointments appeared to be double-booked. We’ve also received some queries from parents who tried to book through incorrect applications i.e. Scopay or MarvellousMe.
To help clarify this, we have attached some instructions that explain why these double bookings may have occurred. Please be reassured that this has only affected a small number of parents, and the majority of bookings have been successfully confirmed.
