Dear Parents/Carers, 

Further to the Parent Council meeting that took place on 17th March, please find below a summary of the discussions and decisions made. The agenda and a recording of the meeting are available on our website.

Summary of discussions and decisions:

1. Menu changes for after the Easter holidays for the summer first half term:

   

   Monday	Pork sausage and mash	Jacket potato with vegetarian chilli
   Tuesday	Margarita pizza (optional ham)	Vegetarian katsu curry with rice
   Wednesday	Roast (Quorn option available)	Macaroni and cheese
   Thursday	Vegetarian noodles/chow mein (optional chicken pieces)	Cheese pasty with wedges
   Friday	Fish and chips	Vegetarian burger and chips

2. Project homework will become optional homework.

3. Year 6 independent walking to and from school starting as planned after the Easter holidays.

4. We will spread parents and children out more for Parent lunches as space are small and not adult size (giving adults a little more space).

Please also note the change of date for the next meeting: it will now take place on 19th May 2026.
