
'together we achieve' is a character development programme. The aim is to develop and promote resilience, teamwork and confidence by participating in a multitude of activities during a two hour session which happens once a week. The different phases throughout the year include:

Mr Mayne delivers the programme. He is ex military and served in the Royal Engineers for 12 years. After leaving the army he worked for St John Ambulance for 2 years teaching first aid courses to adults but is now registered to Nuco Training.
Y4 recently completed a survey to share their thoughts about 'together we achieve'. 18 out of 29 children scored it 10/10 for how much they are enjoying. 90% of Y4 scored it 7 or more out of 10 for how much it has improved their resilience. A few children wrote about what they feel they have achieved;
