Worry Form It can feel scary to have a worry and it helps to talk it through and work out how to manage this worry. You can talk to a trusted adult, sibling or friend at home or at school. You can call Childline too on 08001111. Do you have a worry that you need to share with an adult at school? if so complete this form or talk to an adult at school as soon as you can. If you fill in this form it will go to Mrs Curtis and she will come and talk to you about it the next day you are in school.

Spring 2
YEAR 3 – Tribal tales
Project Homework Due: Friday 20th March
YEAR 3– Tribal Tales
The new project runs for the second half of the Spring term.
Homework contributions can be made throughout the half term, please make sure your child brings in something that they have worked on at home.
Below is a list of ideas, try one of these or something else project related.
- Write your own prehistoric adventure story. Will you set it in the Stone Age, Bronze Age or Iron Age? Make sure your story reflects the time it is set.
- Find out more about rock art – human-made markings placed on natural stone. Draw your own pet or local animal (cat, dog, hamster, rat!) in the style of a prehistoric cave painting.
- Research the Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age history of your local area. Are there any sites to visit or can you find any relevant online images or news stories?
- Make a photo montage of prehistoric monuments. You can search for the best images online and download them to a PowerPoint slide or Word document.
- Make a 3-D model of a Bronze Age settlement making sure it is historically accurate.
- Make an information collage about the Stone Age, Bronze Age or Iron Age.
- Write a diary of the day in the life of someone who lived in the Stone Age – what did they eat for dinner, what did they do in an average day, what did they wear? What did they do for fun?
