Dear Parent/Carer, 

We are pleased to announce the schedule for our autumn / winter after school sports clubs. These clubs will run from week commencing 15^th September until February half term, and will take place from 3:20pm to 4:20pm.

Please take note of the following key information regarding sports clubs: 

• Children can choose to join 1 after school sports club only, and will be guaranteed a space in that club.

• Please complete the following form by Friday 12^th September to indicate which club your child will be attending: REGISTRATION FORM

• Children do not need to 'try out' for a club. They will automatically receive a place in their chosen club. 

• All clubs are open to both boys and girls. No prior experience of the sport is required before joining, beginners are welcome! 

• In mixed games club, parents can expect their children to enjoy a lively mix of fun tag games, exciting athletics races, and the chance to try out a variety of traditional sports such as hockey, basketball, netball and tag rugby in a safe, supportive after school club.

• Children will need to bring their PE kit, water bottle, and suitable footwear to school on the day of their chosen sports club. They will then be directed to the hall at 3:20pm for registration with Mr. Barnett. 

• Please ensure that your child is able to commit to this date and time every week before joining the club. Failure to attend sessions may result in your child being removed from the club. 

• Parents/carers should collect children from the main school entrance at 4:20pm following each club session.
