Only children in Year 6 will have this privilege.

In the interests of health and safety children should not wear jewellery to school. If pierced earrings are worn, health and safety rules state they must be studs only, without claws that may catch and damage the ear. Children are not allowed to wear earrings to school on PE, Swimming or Sports Club days; if they attend wearing earrings on these days, they are sent to the Headteacher/SLT member to be supervised removing them, the items will remain with the staff member until collected by a parent/carer. All watches and medical bands must be removed for PE/Swimming lessons and remain the child’s responsibility as the school accepts no liability.
Black shorts or jogging bottoms and plain white or purple logoed t-shirt. A logoed hoodie is available for extra warmth.
PE kit should be worn to school on your child's P.E days.
The swimming pool will be open for as much of the year as possible. Swimming is taught by our dedicator teacher of PE, Mr Barnett. Children in Reception to Year 6 have weekly sessions from Spring half term to Autumn half term. Nursery children have water confidence lessons from summer half term (end of May). There is no cost to parents for this wonderful opportunity.
Please ensure your child has a swimming kit in school every day as sometimes the children get an extra swim as treat.
