Dear Parents/Carers,

In response to my message on the newsletter last Friday:

“I am very sorry that we have had to stop swimming for the rest of the term, as a new hole
appeared which has emptied 2/3 of the pool. Investigations have begun to see the extent of the
issue, once we know what they are, we will then explore how to raise the funds to repair it all.

There is another fundraising item I would like us to action now, it is to purchase a school
defibrillator. We had one for a number of years but the annual costs made it too costly, so it had
to be returned. We have found a company that can supply one for £660. If you would like to
donate to this item, please use Scopay or come in and donate directly at the school office.”

We have received a very generous donation from Mr and Mrs Saunders for the defibrillator, their company Ace Electric https://aceelectricfleet.uk/ have kindly paid for it all. A huge thank you to them, it is on order.

We have set up the Scopay page for the swimming pool, there were some issues so if it is not working then please pop into the office where you can donate at the till terminal with cash or card.
