Funzone Bookings

Dear Parent/carer

 I am writing to remind you of the booking procedures for our Funzone Wraparound Care (Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club)

 To ensure we have the correct number of staff to safely supervise all children in line with statutory ratios booking must be made 24 hours in advance.

 Booking Deadlines

  • Breakfast Club: Bookings close at 10am the day before the session.
  • Afterschool Club: Bookings close at 4pm the day before the session.

 For example:

  • If you need a place at Breakfast Club on Tuesday, you must book by 10am on Monday.

  • If you need a place at Afterschool Club on Thursday, you must book by 4pm on Wednesday.

  •  

 Late Bookings

  • If you miss the booking deadline, you may be able to request a place via the school office.
  • Late bookings can only be accepted if space and staffing allow.
  • Please call or email the office as soon as possible to check availability.
  • For emergency bookings after the deadline, contact the school office directly
