Nasal Flu Vaccination at School

Dear Parent/Carer, 

 

Please see the attached letter from the West Surrey Immunisation Team regarding the nasal flu vaccination, which will take place at school on Tuesday, 14th October 2025.

 

Please ensure you complete the e-consent form by Wednesday, 8th October 2025, so that your child is included on the list to receive their vaccination. If you do not wish your child to have the vaccine, we kindly ask that you still complete the consent form but select the ‘No’ option.
