Dear Parent/Carer, 

To start our summer term, we are excited to be organising a trip to Alice Holt on Tuesday 3rd June 2025. This trip is open to all Nursery 2 children.

This is a wonderful opportunity to let the children safely explore, the beautiful surroundings Alice Holt has to offer. We will be going on the Gruffalo walk, spotting and searching for all the animals along the way. After lunch, we’ll finish our adventure with some fun in the park area.

We will be travelling by coach, leaving school at 9.15am and will then return to Ash Grange by 3pm.

Please make sure your child wears sensible clothing and footwear and brings a coat with them just in case of rain.

Your child will need to bring their own packed lunch in a backpack. (We have arranged to have a classroom for the day, so we can store all the backpacks while we are on our adventures.) Any pre-booked meals for this day will be removed from Scopay and stay as a credit on your account.

The required contribution for this trip is £12.50, which you can pay on Scopay or in the school office by cash or card. The contribution will need to be paid by Thursday, 22nd May 2025. 

Please kindly complete the consent form and payment on Scopay before Thursday 22nd May 2025. (You can find it in Trips and Events – Nursery 2 Trip to Alice Holt 3 June 2025.)

We are currently looking for parent helpers on the day. If you are able to assist, please do let Miss Hook know. Helpers will need to make their own way to the venue. Car sharing may be the best option, as parking can be quite expensive.
