Dear Parents/Carers, 

Each year we offer an opportunity for an optional catch-up meeting with your child’s class teacher. This is not the formal parent meeting progress meeting held in February, but rather a chance to discuss any early concerns, questions, or observations you may have following the first half term.  Apologies, the dates of this were missing from the calendar published online.

Meetings will take place between Tuesday 4th November to Friday 7th November. They can be scheduled before or after school at a time that suits both you and the teacher. Please contact your child’s teacher directly to arrange a mutually convenient time.

To support this, we’ve made arrangements to free up staff availability by pausing staff meetings and clubs during the first week after half term. Please note that all clubs will be paused during this week, except for the Wednesday session of the Shots Foundation football club, which will continue as it is run by an outside group and not staff members.

We also look forward to welcoming you to our Class Exhibitions next week on Tuesday and Wednesday. These events are a wonderful opportunity for children to share their learning from this half term. Please check the school calendar for specific timings.
