Dear Parent/Carer, 

To help widen the children’s experience of their topic Tribal Tales, we have organised a trip to the Butser Ancient Farm on Friday, 13th June 2025.  This trip will be a fantastic opportunity to bring their learning to life.

We will be traveling by coach, departing from school at 9:00am and returning to Ash Grange by the end of the school day.

Your child will need to: 

1. Wear full school uniform, trainers, and a rain (weather dependent).
2. Bring a small backpack (to carry their lunch) and a water bottle.  
3. Your child can order a school packed lunch £3,20 or bring a packed lunch from home.

The required contribution for this trip is £30.00, we recognise this is a significant cost and would like to assure you that there will only be one trip that requires a parental contribution this year.

We have explored alternative venues and asked the children that visited in the past and Butser Farm was the most popular and memorable experience.   

The payment can be paid via Scopay or at the school office using cash or card, on scopay the payment can be broken into £5 increments. We kindly ask that all contributions be made by Friday, 23rd May 2025. Please note that if we do not receive the necessary contributions by this date, we will unfortunately have to cancel the trip, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
