Please see attached letter from West Surrey Immunisation Team with regard to the Nasal Flu Vaccination taking place, at school, on Tuesday 15th October 2024.

 

Please ensure that you complete the e-consent form by Wednesday 9th October 2024 to ensure your child is on the list to receive their vaccination.
