Dear Parent/Carer, 

We are excited to announce the third and final Parent Lunch of this academic year! Following feedback from our last event and the high level of interest, we will be running two separate events to accommodate as many parents/carers as possible. As this will be the final opportunity for Year 6 parents/carers to attend, we want to ensure everyone has the chance to participate.

• Key Stage 1 (Reception, Year 1, and Year 2) – Friday, 13th June 2025
• Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, and 6) – Friday, 27th June 2025 

To secure your place, please select your meal and make a payment of £3.20 via Scopay by Friday, 23rd May.

• If you have more than one child attending, only one payment is required per family.
• If you have children in both Key Stages, you may choose which date to attend or attend both.
• Only one adult family member may attend per booking.

The meal will be fish and chips, with a veggie burger alternative for those who prefer it. This menu has been chosen as it allows for quicker service.

Please note that this event is only for Reception to Year 6.

Every time we hold this event, we have an average of 10 parents who miss out due to late bookings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late bookings, so please ensure you book in time to avoid disappointment.
