As part of our parent support this term, I am delighted to let you know about our Autism Information and Support group, which will take place on Wednesday 23rd October 2024, 9:30 am-12:30 pm, here at Ash Grange.
Our presenters are from Mustard Seed Autism Trust; local experts in supporting families who have children with Autism. The morning will run as follows:
-Brief overview of what autism is and how to support
-Routines and visuals
-Emotion charts
-Sensory Regulation
-Any questions
If you would like to reserve a place, please let the office know either by email, office@ash-grange.surrey.sch.uk or call 01252 328589. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Please note, all are welcome; there is no requirement to have an autism diagnosis in your family to attend. Much of the information, strategies and support will be essential for some, but useful for all.
