Reception Health screening and NCMP checks

Dear Parent/Carer, 

Please find a letter here from the Guildford School Nursing Team regarding height and weight checks for the Reception class, scheduled to take place at school on Monday, 2nd December 2024. We kindly ask that you complete the e-consent form by 22nd November 2024, whether you give consent or not.

Please note the following:

  • Yes – Your child will be seen in school for height, weight, and vision screening. The results will be sent to you using the contact details provided on the Cinnamon portal. Please be aware that this email may sometimes go to your junk folder, so remember to check there.
  • No – Your child will be withdrawn from all screening.

  • No reply – Your child will be screened for height and weight as part of the National Child Measurement Programme. Requests for results can be made via the school nursing team at 01483 362629.
