Our Current Topic is ‘How does that building stay up?’
“Little pig, little pig let me come in!”
This half term we are exploring construction, materials and types of buildings. We will be looking at houses and homes from around the world and talking about their similarities and differences.
The new project will run for the second half of the Spring term.
Help your child to prepare for their project
Below are some of the exciting learning activities for you to try at home;
- When out and about look at different types of buildings and talk about what you notice.
- Explore construction toys such as Duplo and Lego.
- Create your own building with recycled materials.
