Dear Parent/Carer,
You may have noticed since the upgrade on the Scopay app there have been some changes to the way you book Teeny/Funzone sessions.
Some parents have informed us they have been unable to select the correct sessions when booking Teeny/Funzone. This has caused children to be added to incorrect sessions. We apologise for any teething problems from this update.
Scopay have confirmed the changes are temporary but may be a long-term issue, whilst this is sorted, I have attached a “How to Guide” with instructions on how to book which I hope will help.
