Dear Parent/Carer,
I wanted to remind you about our upcoming trip this Thursday (23rd May) to Butser Ancient Farm. The children will be outside for the majority of the day, so it is essential that they are dressed for the weather. Children will need to wear trainers as some areas of the site may be muddy and then bring a carrier bag with clean shoes in for the coach journey home. Please ensure they have a sun hat and sun cream if the weather is warm, a waterproof jacket if there is rain and layers if it is cold. They will also need a bag that they can easily carry their lunch and water bottle in during the day.
The coach will be departing school at 9am, so please ensure your child is in school promptly for 8:45 am. Traffic allowing, we will return in time for collection at normal time (3.20pm).
